Every item sold through Status undergoes a detailed in-house inspection and AI authentication to guarantee 100% authenticity.

Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for collectors and enthusiasts who value verified pieces, fast shipping, and honest service. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following store policies.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

Orders flagged as high-risk by our fraud detection system may be held or canceled pending verification to protect both the buyer and the store.

Status reserves the right to request additional verification if an order triggers a fraud alert.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on any purchases.

However, we do offer size exchanges or store credit for orders requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or store credit for items that do not meet our return requirements.

Orders may be canceled only if they haven’t shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable or non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you wish to request a cancellation, contact our team immediately — we’ll review and process your request as quickly as possible if eligible.

We aim to get your items out fast.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Domestic Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after shipment.
  • International Delivery: Varies based on location and customs processing times.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Status is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your shipping carrier directly for assistance in these cases.
