Orders
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable or non-refundable.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need to cancel, contact our team as soon as possible — we’ll review your request and process it quickly if eligible.
Are all items authentic?
Every product sold through Status is 100% authentic — no exceptions.
Each item is inspected and verified by our in-house authentication team and also AI-authenticated using advanced digital analysis tools.
This dual process ensures that every item you receive has been carefully reviewed and guaranteed genuine before it ever reaches you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on any purchases.
However, we do offer size exchanges or store credit for orders requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or store credit for items that do not meet our return requirements.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the U.S. and varies for international destinations. Expedited and express delivery options are also available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your country’s customs and carrier processing times.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Occasionally, carriers experience delays. If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, reach out to us so we can assist.

Prices reflect current market value and condition. We occasionally offer discounts or drops, but listed prices are typically firm.
Do you buy or trade items?
We do not.
Do you offer local pickup?
If you’re local, yes. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you once your order is ready for pickup.
How often do you restock?
